Recovering much better than my first c-section (thanks to this little one letting me sleep a bit more than #1 did), but it'll be awhile before I can hit the gym again.

My doterra consultant friend is based in Esperance, but it looks like I can get doterra here in HK too! Will definitely check it out.expatgourmandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06445217785393932551noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9032090606782570420.post-45291726318373170362016-02-25T12:26:29.846+08:002016-02-25T12:26:29.846+08:00Congratulations!! Hope you are recovering well my dear!!!

To answer your questions about essential oils- yes only certain ones can be used! After all, some of them are from food. Eg lemons! Pretty strong stuff so a little goes a long way and probably less advisable for kids.

I'm loving my journey so far w oils! Maybe talk to your friend. I'm so amazed with the benefits but I'm still learning hey. Good fun lol.

Hope you take care of yourself. Looking forward to your posts and updates! daphnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07691561985083785588noreply@blogger.com
