The whole object of travel is not to set foot on foreign land; it is at last to set foot on one’s own country as a foreign land.” – G.K. Chesterton

Number 3!

Hubby and I welcomed our third child into the world a few days ago! What an experience that was. Labour progressed extremely quickly (as predicted by my trusty obgyn), and we rushed to the hosital. Unfortunately labour did not progress after a certain stage in advanced labour (it was like my labour experience with #1 all over again, except I had only been at the hospital only 2 hours and not 12), and my doctor decided it was too risky to proceed naturally, given my previous c-section. I am still in hospital recuperating after undergoing an emergency c-section, but I am blessed with a healthy baby who loves to sleep a lot! Will try to keep updating this blog as regularly as I can as I have a huge backlog of photos to share!

  1. Congratulations!! What great news! Hope you are recovering well my dear!!!

To answer your questions about essential oils- yes only certain ones can be used! After all, some of them are from food. Eg lemons! Pretty strong stuff so a little goes a long way and probably less advisable for kids.

I'm loving my journey so far w oils! Maybe talk to your friend. I'm so amazed with the benefits but I'm still learning hey. Good fun lol.

Hope you take care of yourself. Looking forward to your posts and updates!

    1. Hi Daphne,

Thanks! Recovering much better than my first c-section (thanks to this little one letting me sleep a bit more than #1 did), but it'll be awhile before I can hit the gym again.

My doterra consultant friend is based in Esperance, but it looks like I can get doterra here in HK too! Will definitely check it out.
